I like this one a lot. The only thing I would suggest is to make a more vibrant background image/gradient. This one is a bit dull, I think something more bright or colorful would make the content jump out more.

This is a cool design, great for a blog. One thing that would dramatically improve this whole design is the addition of more fonts, different font colors and sizes. Right now everything is black and Arial and practically the same size. You should increase the line-height to 1.3em, and change the font on the labels/headings to something cool using cufon

The first one which is the "healthcaremagic.com" is quite good but I can say that when it comes in the color of your layout, it's better if you use white and blue.

The second one which is the "my life my way" is good also but it seems that your blog post are not related to the layout design itself because at first I taught it was a blog site about the different places.Well, its better if the post articles are somehow related or relevant to the design layout as well.

Wow. Healthcaremagic.com is really good looking, and it looks very professional. The only thing I would recommend changing is the background because it looks a little bland. But you have done a great job.

The second one looks great, though I don't know if it fits your blog.

Still, you have done a great job.

Both sites look good. I like the health care one with the interactive way that people can ask questions and responses by visitors are allowed.

Clean and well done. I might try to lighten the content load that is available on some of the sites. At times I felt overwhelmed and lost because there was so much information. There is for sure room for lots of information delivered.

Really like the web site design. Noticed that some of the "ongoing discussion" topics may be either inappropriate or were posted as a joke. You might need a moderator or a filter to ensure content is not inappropriate.

I think you did a great job on this site. I spent a few minutes browsing, and I'll point out a few things I noticed, since that is what you asked.
Your default text in the search bar at the top of the page looks like it is cut off because of the right alignment. Could you center or align this to the left?
I don't like the strikethrough on the word e-mail in the sentence 'No need to wait for E-mail replies. Live Chat NOW' on the home page.
I am able to highlight two of the options under your images on your home page at the same time. I can click on the 'Consult a Doctor Right Now' and 'Get a Diet Plan' option and be taken to the page, but every time I attempted to click on 'Second Opinion from Specialists', I had to close my browser because it froze. Not sure if these two issues are due to me using Safari on a Mac, but I have IE on Windows as well and will have to try to view your site on that later.
I would change the dark gray font color as your hover color for the 3 links at the top of your page. With the dark blue background it is hard to read.
When you hover over BabyMagic on the navigational menu, the drop-down menu sticks out to the right, off the page. If you can slim this down, it would look better.
The site looks great though. Hope these help you out.
I also think the whole phrase 'Earn via spreading Health' should be capitalized since it's in your header.
