I think the text needs to stand out a bit from the background. It is a bit difficult to read. Also, the 'Jelly World Online' top graphic needs to be sharper. The image seems jaggedy (if that is a word!)

The two previous posts are quite accurate. The design is workable, but needs to be tweaked a bit. The black text and the brown background strains the eyes to read, I would suggest a different color or font family+ emphasis. You nailed the Logo theme, but I would suggest saving it as a jpg because it is a bit 'jaggy' After that the only suggestions I could offer is try to make some buttons for the nav bar and maybe throw some images in your content area to spice up the articles. Looks good but maybe make the top banner look like bushes or something like that and the text on the brown is really hard to see so maybe make it white or at least a lighter brown and it will look decent.

The banner on the top is still a little jagged , but the biggest problem is the color of the text, people will not read it if they can not see it that well.
