Website Review and Suggestions

So im getting a new design of my website made. This is what has been come up with so.

Initially I liked it, but the more I look at it, the more I am not liking it. I don't know if I am just looking at it too much. Does everything just look really big?

Can I get your opinions?

A couple of things though, the fonts used will be different, that black/white banner is going to be a colored flash banner.

I think your too critical and hard on yourself. I think its very good.

I prefer the "another version" one.

I cannot find any flaws in the site . A perfect site with all links working, good logo , images .

All the sites look good, usually when you pay a lot of attention to your site you do get kinda bored but for the people that will come to your site they will most likely really like it.
