Well done site. It's neat, organized, colorful, and not overwhelming.
My only suggestion would be incorporating some social networking buttons, like a twitter button (if you have a twitter account). Since you're site requires membership, you could also look into a "connect with facebook" button.
Overall, great site, I like it a lot!
