Website Review and Suggestions

Just started a new site need your opinion on it.

There are two parts the main part http://fireblue.net and the forum http://forum.fireblue.net

Your header made me laugh at first look. It is very good in my opinion. The forum looks very professional. I think it will be a useful place for people with computer problems. Like all of us LOL.
All in all, I think you have done a fine job.

Hi,
I am not an expert, but just a comment.
The home page appear on my screen til 1-Guide, 2-Forum, 3-Ticket. At first I did not see that we can scroll the page down and read an introduction.
If it is important, something could be done, otherwise cancel the introduction.
I repeat, it is just an opinion....

I agree I will see what I can come up with to make it stand out more

When i click on the help us grow and support links it does not take me anywhere it keeps me on the home page.

I'm newbie at this but I kept clicking on About Us and I didn't think it was working, Then I realized it was your home page when I saw the arrow "you are here". It might confuse some people. It looks good though!

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of the 'you are here' bit.

Why can't the home button be in the same row as the blue buttons?

They don't work because I'm still working on it

I would change this part
"We do not under any surcimstances sell or liece your details to any third parties"
