I can't help that the speeds of the server are slow at times, My webhost (1and1) is the worst possible host on the planet. Also, If you notice a few images that are missing (login/register) Its because my webhost decided it was a great Idea to disable PNG support on their clients servers without letting me know.
You have an effective well layed out out site. It is lacking a bit of tang. I'd just suggest using more bright colors. What browser were you having trouble with the images in? They looked m fine on Firefox

I see what you mean. There is a problem with the CSS. Probably a missing <div></div>or<UL> tag. I'm going to look at the code. I've had that problem before. Did you use a template or did you code it yourself?

In an attempt to prove my developer skill, I have handwritten everything on my website. No templates of any kind were used. Im not sure what you mean about the divs, but im sure you will explain. The reason the images are missing is because my host doesnt support pngs. The images that are missing are pngs. There should not be a css/html issue.
Looks decent, i do not like how when i click the links on the bottom they open up in a new window, and when i click on the Resume link i get a 404 error page.
Yes, I forgot to mention, that because 1and1 has provided me with the worst Web Hosting service that I've ever experienced, I am currently in the process of transfering web hosts, and some features are unavailable.
No problem i just wanted to mention it in case you did not know.
Funny thing, i was looking at a issue of popular mechanics a little while ago and i seen a 2 page add for 1and1 hosting and i was thinking to myself that the add did not look to good.
Yes, well the really sad part is, I've referred several clients to 1and1, and some have been very displeased. I did not understand why until they disable PNG support and don't even send out a memo. I picked up a phone and called the company, and the lady on the phone specifically said "We refreshed our servers and made some updates, that could be what affected your website".
