It has been a bit long since I posted in this forum. This time I need your advice on the best way to support visitors of my one year old site http://www.ephotobay.com
It has visitors. kind of 100 per day however support and easiness of use seems horrible so as a result income is almost zero.
Currently I'm working on redesigning the website but at the same time I need to build a better support system for users to be able to help users and at the same time be able to know best ways to optimize the website for users needs over time using users feedback.
I checked different tools for achieving that but not sure which one s the best.
1- use phpmyfaq: a SE friendly FAQ management system. which have many features.
2- make a blog using wordpress or whatever for general announcement,making tutorials etc ...
3- use a ticket system.
4- open a forum (I like phpbb) and place into it technical support and announcements and FAQ etc ...
I thought of using phpmyfaq and blog and ticket support system alltogether
but I think having a forum can do the task of all of them. beside managing three systems is kind of tough.
I know all of these system well since I programmed in them but I don't have experience in managing them so I don't know which way to go in terms of best way for achieving seo and best way for achieving easiness for users, beside ability to get feedback on service and new features and needed features etc...
If you have experience of similar situations, can I have your advice on that?
