I can tell what it is, but if i were you i would change the color scheme and i would fix the index page up a little and make it look pro, other than that it looks decent.

Just seen the homepage.

Each time I select English, or American, I seem to get a lot of French on the page.

When I went into the forum, it was all in French. Sorry, I can not read French, so I can not be more help than that. Only to ask that you get those English and American language buttons working.

Translation doesn't work.
Color scheme needs to be changed. It's taking the attention away from the actual contents.
Take away the Enter page. Have the domain forward right to the forum.

Nice concept, make hyperlink of welcome on our forum visible, on visiting your site, I got confused where to move, then I see welcome on our forum link.
