A year after starting this site, I decided to add a few features and do a redesign. I posted it up for review a year ago when I first started it, but would like to hear thoughts/opinions on the redesign.
Site Details:
Fish'n Arizona is a personal project of mine. I built it using Drupal to save time. It is community for Arizona fishermen.
I am still fixing a few errors that I am away of, but I have taken it out of maintenance mode. If you come across anything that seems out of place, let me know. I still need to do some cross browser compatibility testing.
Have just visited it, and really wanted to become a member of the forum, I just love fishing!
The site itself is quiet user-friendly, clearly cut and teh design is interesting
One thing I noticed on the Fish'n Spots when you hover over the spots, the hover color and background color are very close to the same and cant be read(with old eyes anyways) while hovering.
And your channel Catfish looks a lot like a red x.
Nice work

Site loaded extremely slow over 30 seconds. You may want to keep an eye on your host.
I also like the colors but I find the dark wood background just a little too dark. For me it detracts from the content. The wood concept works well for the site. It is just the color depth.
Thanks for the comments! I was pretty happy with the colors... I originally wanted to go with brighter colors, but these softer colors seems a little more fitting. Also, I have noticed that the site is a little slow. I think it has to do with the large number of drupal modules Im using... I need to play around with drupal caching.. any suggestions on that would be helpful.
