Website Review and Suggestions

Hi Guys.

Please review a site I am designing for a friend.

NOTE. I am planning on making the Wind Turbind rotate as an animated gif.
Scrolling Solar Panel Installs on the right, with the scroll arrows.

There are a few things that i am not quite happy with. It might just be me being a perfectionist. This will be a template I will build for Drupal.

I think there is not composition integrity. Maybe you should make a background for all blocks.

I think background color has to be changed.. try using blue or green colors..

You cant really tell that good with a picture, but it looks decent the colors go well with each other.

I would have to agree with Knight on this one. I think the colors are fine, and go well with each other. The only complaints I have on this mock-up is the 'Domestic', 'Commercial', and 'Business' boxes. I think your layout would look "newer" if they were rounded rather than square, and they seem to be a bit to close to the pictures in the middle. Other than that I think it looks professional, easy to navigate, and visually nice (not great, but nice). Good work!

The design seems trendy to me, but maybe that's the theme of it. I think the brief intro text should be changed to a lighter color. The three boxes near the bottom might be nicer combined into one and without the bubbly looking headers.

Also, I'm not sure if the gif images are worth the time. It might be less trendy and feel cleaner without images moving.

Well anyway, those are my thoughts.

I like it, the pictures and colors go well together. Just one thing. The text is so small I find it difficult to read.
