Website Review and Suggestions

I designed this small site for a local IT consultant. It is just sitting on my development server right now, so it isn't live. I am looking for suggestions on improving it. None of the copy on the site is mine and I would like to change some of it. I am also not sure if I will keep the background the way it is or not.

I think the backgrounds and the website looks decent. Nice simple layout and the colors go good with each other, as far as the look of the site goes it looks decent.

I'm being picky but using flash in the top navigation bar seems a bit of overkill, also the text isn't centred when the mouse hovers over the links. you can achieve the same result with css - although it can be a pain to get it working across all browers

Otherwise I rate 7.5 / 10 - nice clean design, decent graphics, the content is maybe a little too brief but otherwise looks good

site is quiet simplebut the stylein which "computer sense" is written on banner is not making any sense

Thanks for the comments. I will agree that the logo is terrible, but I did not make it. If the guy likes his logo, what can you do? haha
