I think the site is just OK. Zoom Active seems to be a small company that caters to smaller businesses. The site kind of has a "website clearinghouse" feel to it. I think you would do much better to make the site more personalized and warmer, so to speak.

I like the colors.
There seems to be some bug, that in the left bar the mouse does not change into the click icon when you hover over the second menu (customer support)

Well it was pretty easy for me to navigate through, everything seems to be in order. good job so far.

its nice.simple and easy to navigate..and have enough potentiality to go far..color combination is really nice..i think its going well..keep it up..

Nice to see another Arizona designer... anyway, the site looks good and is pretty easy to navigate. Overall, I think it is a nice clean design, but I do agree that the site has kind of a corporate feel to it, which may or may not work fit with the type of clients you have. May want to consider the clients you are hoping to attract. If you are looking to attract mom and pop store, something with a more personal touch might be a better option. However if most of your clients are technology based or of the corporate type, then your design fits well.

The only other thing I would point out is that several elements on different pages could use some padding. For example, on the home page, I would give your company description at the bottom a little more padding and maybe a different color background. Other than that, its a nice design.

The what you get section looks really boring and the left nav has alot of empty space in the blue color. Also too much dead white space under those two big buttons in the content area.

Your site design is nice. Only you need to improove the navigation. You can have more buttons on the right side pointing to the innerpage. Also at the bottom pls include a site map.

I like what I'm seeing so far.
It definitely needs a fav icon. And I'm not so impressed with the homepage. The front page should make a user look at possible plans, some great super awsome deals and what not. I also think that the footer is looking a little pale and empty. Something doesn't flow my boat about the footer, just can't put my finger on it. Overall, I do like the progress so far.
