I am mostly interested in a review of the layout, but if you have anything to say about content you're welcome.

Hi, in my opinion i will say to change the design and colors, something good for the eyes, like blue or something else, for the people eyes. cheers

I think your site looks pretty decent good colors and layout, and their are a few decent articles.

I think it looks pretty good. Like Joke, I would experiment a bit with some different colors. Another possible change is that your content on the left side continues way further down the page than the content on the right. Normally this would not be such a big deal but your right column is pretty wide to have it empty for so many pages.
