loads for me, slow but it got there. there is a really big black blank space at bottom.

I agree the body height needs to be much much less. I think a Unique Sales Proposition would benefit your customer. You have a lot of product graphics dominating the page. A U.S.P. would be a good way to introduce yourself to the customer and let them know what you're about.
Loads for me. Took 7 seconds with cable connection. You should work on the page load time for starters.
Also, find out why it's not loading for everyone. Downtime?
Besides that, everything looks surprisingly professional. Doesn't look like a very modern web 2.0 site, but for it's purpose seems to fit very well. Nice work.
It loaded for me in less than 3 seconds, the design looks a little on the old side, the colors are good, and i would fix the bottom and take away all that black space.
