Very nice you now have a good site, just wauting for members.

The site looks way to cluttered, and the banner that has all those company logos do not look good at all, i would fix that banner, because it just does not look right, otherwise the forum is decent.

I would change the logo, like Knight13 said. Take a look at the way they did it in this forum. The forum itself looks great, well done!

The new banner is a big improvement, I saw the other one and agree it was a bit cluttered. Right now though you have it set to repeat. Since your layout isn't fixed width you should (I think) blend the image into a solid background color.

New banner is good. Just you need to increase the members on your forum. Start with some interesting threads to web master will attract and join the forum.
