Looks decent, but isn't the camel on your banner the camel from the camel cigarette pack?

I really think it is, i'm not positive but that camel looks exactly like the camel on the cigarette pack.

haha that does like the camel from the cigarette pack. Other than that, I would change the "Bookmark Us" link color. I realize you want it to stand out but it just looks out of place and awkward up there.
Also, I would try and make your logo a little 'crisper'. It seems blurry and out of focus if you will.

If u will find me a designer that will make me a new logo, without money, then i will change

And on the bookmark link i didnt put any color on it, it's just the default.

i like how the forum is but at the top theres to much black and the forum is to far down from the top

The logo is somehow faded.
Also what's that color stripes in the top of the logo...

Well, what I really don't like was the menu.
The hover reaction, the colors, where to click, centralized text, etc...
Thers lots of good menus code you can get on the web.

Those border-left when mouse hover at the forum item are not doing much.
Other that that, the forum looks nice...

i dont like how it has what looks like a banner but says

you should have that not say the link but be a button and people like light backgrounds the dark red and black just its not appealing but besides that i link it look professional
