Hi All

I recently launched a site http://cnaonlinetrainingclass.com/ which is related to nursing training.

I want to know that is my site is ok from SEO point of view?

sorry for Off-topic, but if you're just starting.. maybe i'd suggest you to choose different domain, like cnaonline or onlineclass - just to be shorter and easy to remmeber.
This one you're using is very long, but yahoo will take it as SEO

i would prefer a different background color and not white, the text is way to long

Very basic site with no frills. I dont think that kind of philosophy matches a site with lots of text. Try to summarise the articles and then link it to the full article.

You navigation should be ont he left instead of the right. A study showed that most users focus more on the left side of the screen than the right. So my initial impression was a sitewith no navigation until i looked on the left.

It's too late to change the domain i think

change the whole theme i say. maybe a theme thats related to medical practice

Long domain names are okay for SEO, and all the keywords are in there, so I think it's a good domain name. The site is a bit simplistic...could use some dressing up...more photos, and a different layout would do wonders.

Before you register the site you ask about the seo because the domain name is also important, try to optimize the pages with keyword or keyword phase.
