Its alright, but i do not like the colors you are using, they really do not go good with each other.

Go look for them!

Don't wait for the junk submitters to come to you so you can then delete them, find sites that YOU want to list.

Oohh, someone literally just told me that today..but which ones should I add? Should they be as popular as digg, google, webmaster-talk, yahoo, microsoft, etc.?? Or should I just go to random directories and just add which ever sites they have, whether they have high PR's or not? My goal was to hopefully get money from adsense and get money from link owners taking advantage of my premium links and sponsored links option.

From the first off IGNORE the SGB.

If you want to encourage site owners to pay for something of value, then you will have to build something of value.
Being just another crappy directory in the mass of crappy directories there are simply isn't going to do that.

Yahoo! started as a list of sites/pages that Jerry Yang and David Filo decided other people should know about.
Find sites and pages that you like and think other people should know about, if you build it as a resource for yourself it is more likely to become a resource for others than if you just aim on making money.

Your Logo is not so good, make a good one and replace it. And, don't you want to use a banner next to your logo? Too much space.

Also I do not like the background color.

Just my personnal opioin, FYI only.

Purple kinda hurts my eyes id use purple for the BG color and not behind the text. Stick to white.

People are still in the mindset that directories are the big thing, however a large majority of them remain unmaintained.

If you want to run a successful directory then you must first spend time advertising it, getting your PR up, and when its at a decent enough level to be desirable to webmasters make sure you are active in updating it.

Yea... Id agree but thats pretty standard if you think about it..... thats standard for any web site to prosper so that kinda doesnt really help...
