Yeah, there are definitely some grammatical errors in there, you could probably work with a native English speaker to clean it up without too much effort. As for the layout, I don't like the fact that the doubleclick ads are so far away from your content. But I do like the colors and the general appearance and usefullness.

Great job! Maybe you should add some social network icons to connect with others and help you to promote your site. Also, your site need a Favicon.
