Website Review and Suggestions

As if there weren't enough file hosting sites already... This is a completely over-saturated market, and I don't suggest anyone try to make money with these type of sites. They're a complete waste of time.

Regardless, I completed this while on a Skype video call with a potential client who wanted to see how quickly we can work.

There are a few things that I don't like about the site, but it has some cool features:

admin panel, with: IP, geo break down, uploads, delete, ban, stats, trend graphs
session checking for download links
automatic cleanup
transparent duplicate file handling
ajax / php upload progress bar

It's not pretty but it's valid HTML and fully functional and built in 1 hour 40 minutes. It was fun.

If you needed to send a 300MB project file to a co-worker in another location you probably can't email it, so you could upload it here and send them the link.

There are a variety of uses.

Thanks. We have an extensive, well documented, and well sorted code base that we can pull from to build projects quickly. For example a lot of the css came from uploadscreenshot.com and some of the javascript from other projects of ours.

We've developed a plug and play video conversion module (queue, error handling, formats, auto DAR correction, etc) for websites. Integrating it takes less than an hour.

It's a little plain, I appreciate it didn't take much time on the front end but wrapping a look more like the Twitter homepage would take only a couple hours and make it feel less temporary.
