It seems a little busy in certain areas. I noticed that the ads appear with a scroll bar, this should be fixed.

I agree slow loading time and the login container on the right side needs to be adjusted. It should not have a scroll bar. I would not have so many flashing ads in to many place if they are not paying well or resulting in good back link traffic.
