The page/frame that opens on top of the website as an advertisement is way too big I guess.
"Close" link on this on top right does not convert cursor to "hand" or something although it did close it (I am using FF)
On main page, on right, you have text/links center aligned within the frame; looked kinda odd to me.
There are bunch of video controls it seems with red circles (with "play" button) without any background image. It might be a good idea to attract "curious" visitors to click on those play buttons but I want to see what this video is before clicking on such controls meanings some starting/background image would be more attractive to user like myself but that might be personal thing.
