HI all, I have re-vamped my site adding better images etc and would love some input. Home page is complete, as is alot of my other pages, however I am still going through stock pages with seo and tweeking.

Any suggestions for improvement and or constructive critism welcome. Thankyou

Hello,
I’m not a web designer, rather, I’m reviewing your site from the perspective of a potential first-time visitor to your site.

Home page: The layout seems good and clear to understand & navigate. The black, white & red scheme is fine, but I think all the red lettering beneath the product photos is a bit much. For me, it almost stands out even more than the product pics themselves (and that red font is quite small as well – I’m viewing at 1024x768 res). Under “shop categories” I’m not convinced the “classics” category is necessary, as those items are represented in other categories already. If you feel strongly that this category is necessary, perhaps “classic separates” would be more descriptive – I really didn’t know what sort of items I’d find when I clicked the word “classics” (clothes? jewelry? accessories?). The quality of the clothing pics is fine.

I didn’t look thru everything on the site, but I thought the quality of the bracelet photos could be better and should show the full length, including clasps. Also, I think it is important to specify if the items are costume jewelry (believe it or not, there will probably be someone expecting a sterling silver bracelet for 3.50!). It would also be helpful if you specified the materials (i.e “black glass beads” or “black acrylic beads” instead of just “black beads”)

The font size on the Contact page is very small & hard to read. The “Help” page font size is better.

You have a sentence that reads “All of our items are thoroughly checked for faults before dispatch and are confident you will be happy with your purchase.” I think inserting the word “we” before “are confident” would make more sense.

Overall, I had a positive response to your website and think you've done well. I only focused on things I thought could be improved because, I assume, that’s why you want your site reviewed

It's ok but the banner you are using looks like it is from the 90's i would change that and make something that looks better.
