Website Review and Suggestions

Not bad at all, it's simple, clean, and to the point. HTML looks tidy as well.

I've done a couple very basic sites as favors, lotsafishies.com being the most recent before WiseFit. The fishies was kind of a hack job, no CSS, poorly optimized, image heavy - definitely needs an little revamp.
I quoted the WiseFit guy really cheap since I wasn't totally confident in my ability to put out a great product (and my portfolio is tiny), so it cost him $200 for the initial site - the nice thing is he's great to work with and provides constant small jobs.

I feel that it's too...orange. Also, the logo should be clickable. On the homepage, I would put the video above the text, so that you don't have to click an image to see it. Most people won't.

I dunno, when I think about health and fitness, I think about lighter color schemes, blues, and greens. I feel like the current colors and layout may be a bit too intimidating for the customers you're targeting.

It is pretty orange! That was the client's choice, however - I let him pick through several mockups and this was the one he liked most. I figured he would go with the white/blue/greens but he surprised me.

I forgot about the logo - I'll make that linked.
I'll try moving the video and see how that looks.

I think it looks really good, and the orange is not that bad it looks fine to me, nice work on it.

Design is simple no issues with it.

The first question I had on my mind visiting your site was, "What's this for?". You might want to indicate somewhere in your main page what kind of services/products you are offering.

Is it a blog? Are you proving workout/fitness coaching? I can't get that from the main page.

I also think that you would be better off having the actual video on the home page vs an image that you have to click to then see it...Have the text up top and the video below it with a nice header description of the video enticing people to play it (as it seems the video is to be a focal point of the site). Many more people will actually watch it in this way

There are MANY links throughout that navigate away from the site unexpectedly (such as the glossary of terms, links to the credentials etc.)... In fact, I found it quite hard to stay on the site. I would suggest spending some time incorporating more information into the site itself rather than linking away, and perhaps refer to those other sites if the visitor requires further information.
Apart from that, the site looks cool! I like the vid too. Looks very professional. Grats!

Very nice site. Black and orange go well together. Like it's been said before, I'm not sure what the site is about when I first land on it. Is it a site on workout tips? Is it a gym's website? Is the guy offering courses? This could be fixed by adding more info next to the logo, like "WiseFit: Physical fitness courses with..." or have a Personal Trainer somewhere visible if the guy is offering to be a personal trainer.

Having the location (City/State) more visible would also help. I looked and I still don't know where where it's located. All you got is World Beat Cultural Center and the street address. I have to leave your site to find out there the center is located. You might want to add the address on the homepage footer, so if someone is looking for classes in their area through google, it will pick it up. Also, add double paragraph spaces. It looks messy with just one.

People are interested in getting bigger biceps, forearms or abs or chest.
You should have custom workouts that do that.

You should have the prices listed on the site.

You should have more pictures of happy girls training .. and then the boys will join as well
