The look of the forum looks good. Very tech oriented and I think the sub forums are organized properly. I think you probably need more traffic to keep it busy and fill up more sub forums with posts.

Maybe you should invest in some marketing? You can start off using free services like Facebook or Twitter to lure in more targeted audiences? Maybe hire a marketing specialist if you are in some dire need?

I like it, looks really good. That blue font it perfect on the dark background.
