The design looks a bit "off the shelf", but it is clean and practical. I like the simple navigation. Too much white-space though. It looks as though there needs to be more content (especially on the home page - maybe this is just down to it being a new site?). I think you need to be very careful when choosing your domain name. When I first saw the name PantHeistSite, I thought it was going to be something to do with stealing underware Lol 
On the about page, I'm not sure why every occurance of the word "communty" is in bold. Oh, and in the last paragraph of the about text, there is a sentence that refers to the site as PantheistSite.webs.com (obviously referring to its previous incarnation before you had your own domain name).
I did not know what Pantheism was before visiting your site, but now I do so I would say your site is successful in that respect.
