The layout is really nice. Use of graphics is effective and not over-done. The color and contrast is used very well to structure the site. If it were my site, I would use a lot more white space in the content areas. You are jamming a lot of small text into one page. It's a little overwhelming, and makes it hard to scan the page at a glance. Some text should stand out to help offset different sections of content. Maybe use a larger font here and there as a heading so it doesn't look like one big block of small text. But it is very slick in terms of pure aesthetic appeal. I would think this was done by a professional, so it's very good.
