Looks very bland, not much color at all. Looks more like a news clipping then a website.

Now for a real review..

Header section - the small photos at the top look like an afterthought and the black text of the heading gets lost in the dark photos underneath.

Your currency converter -- if you created that, add some padding to the form so the input boxes are not smashed up against the box's border.

I realize that English is not your native language, so I would really suggest that you find someone who's native language IS English to edit your content. The grammar and spelling are atrocious.

You've got some nice photos, I would suggest putting them in some sort of slideshow so that people don't have to keep clicking back and forth to view your photos.

LadynRed is spot on with her review.

Only other thing to add is perhaps the "Hotels in Cebu". It looks like there are bullets in there and there shouldnt be.

In regards to the the editing, its not bad. I understand what you mean, but its not very professional in my opinion. I would at least recommend getting a freelancer to look over it. I have never actually used them, but I have seen some people offering pretty cheap services on some freelancing websites that I visit.

i let one of my friends see it yesterday. and she also said the same thing.. infact she said my grammar is "horrible" lolz. - how much dyou think i shall spend for a freelancer to edit the incorrect in these pages?

Looks like you stole it from the early 90's. I would re-do most things on the site. I would start with the header needs a better design, looks like it has been done in word and the picture used looks 'cheap'
