Graphically speaking this site is in decent shape but the homepage content needs serious work. At 1024x768 there are nearly no actual words to be read. A commercial website's home page should be able to make the reader aware of what the company does in a matter of seconds, preferably less than four. Rather than a huge, if pretty stock photo in the middle, you should have an explanation of exactly what the company does.
One more little thing. On your media page there are PDF icons next to the links. Sometimes people are reluctant to bother with PDF links. You may consider moving those to each article's HTML page. That way the viewer will already be interested in the press content.
