Website Review and Suggestions

Hi,

My website: www.ClickMyPlace.com needs to be re-vamped. I have just launched my business in mid-April but have found that my returning traffic is very low. I was hoping you could tell me what you don't like about the site and what you would suggest to make it more user friendly.

I plan on charging a fee for the use of my site by end of year, so I need to get it up to par before then.

All suggestions will be greatly appreciated

maybe make all the different things a little more defined, on my monitor it seems to look like its almost a minimilistic site... but you do have a slight different color to define boxes etc.. i would think about darkening/contrasting this a bit more... only a touch tho!

Needs less text and bigger images.

I couldnt really find a focus point on the home page or a "call to action" leading me towards what you want me to do.

Also needs some serious SEO tuning.

I think TWD has nailed it. When entering a real estate website you just want a place to search for homes, which should be the centre of attention. The site looks fine, but lacks focus.

It does not look that bad to me, it looks like most other real estate websites, maybe you need better content, that should help a little.

When I review a site I go through all the menus, links anything I can click it is getting clicked. This site took so long to load that I stopped waiting after the third link. What I did see needed more color or something to make it pop so that it looks less like a template, more personalization I guess.
