It's quite good, but here are my nit-picks on the design of the front page:
I would change the font on the navigation. The Verdana looks too basic.
I also would not use cu3er - I would instead use a jQuery slider or similar, which is far classier. cu3er tends to look like a flash advert, and the instinct for internet users is to avert the eyes from adverts.
The search bar should be centred vertically in the top bar.
You need a favicon.
The type in the boxes (We Web Design etc.) does not look crisp at all - I thought it was saved as a jpg, but it is indeed a png. You may want to seriously look at this, as they're a main focus.
The cu3er slider is not vertically centred - it has around 59px margin to the top but 53px to the bottom, and would look better vertically centred. People will notice a few pixels, either consciously or just in their 'feel' for the site.
