IT's great I really like the colour scheme, and it looks likt it will be easily cross-browser compatible. Very swish site I like it. I only have three points of constructive criticism, which are as follows:
1) If you have any sound that by default plays when someone lands on your site, many people will get a shock and either close the window straight away, navigate backwards or frantically search for the stop button. This will lead to a higher bounce rate or simply great irritation on the part of the visitor, hence they will not benefit from your site. (Please ignore this comment if you don't actually have any sound playing - my computer has the sound off by default but when I saw the lady speaking I assumed there was sound with it..)
2). When you hover over the main navigation bar, the hover colour only goes to the top of the text, not the top of the bar. This could do with correcting as it looks like a design flaw.
3) You could do with a hover colour on your drop down menus.
