Website Review and Suggestions

*crazy post submitted before I could title it New web host reviews website

I've just launched a new type of web host reviews site, called The Designer's Host. It has a focus on only the best looking, well designed hosts out there. However, the user reviews are focused on quality, and not design.

At the moment, it is lacking reviews. I would love if the community could write some reviews for any of the hosts you find on my web host reviews site.

I'm still working on minor changes to the site, including the review system, design, and categories. So please let me know if anything looks or behaves strangely. Or even if you'd like to see a certain feature. I really hope to get lots of reviews and start making this a wonderful place to read up on great looking hosts. Thanks!!

I use four different hosting companies and none of them are listed...

The site is really well designed, it isn't too crowded with adverts and it is nicely designed right down to the bottom of the page. I wouldn't recommend changing anything about your website apart from adding more content.

descent design. Probably wouldnt change it. I dont really like concept but the design is not bad.

Launched this site a week ago. It's a hosting review site, but focuses on hosts with really well designed websites. The reviews are of hosting quality, though.

Web host reviews called The Designer's Host

I'd like to hear from you all if the concept is interesting. As well, if you have any suggestions.

Right now it is in need of more user reviews, so if you find a host on there that you've used, feel free to write a review

It is nice and very well done...
I do not use any of the listed hosts..
But there are so many available....

Thank you. I know, I've posted on other forums about my site, but that is because I'm still trying to increase awareness of it. Sorry if it's becoming repetitive :P

I dont like the logo. Looks blurry or something. I thought I needed my eyes tested.
Not too crazy about the color scheme either.

The text in the logo has a dark solid drop shadow, which might cause this blurry effect. I'll play around with it when I have more time.

I somewhat agree with the color scheme, lol. When I first designed the site, I had a brown fetish, but then when it was done, I started to get tired of it. This could easily change in the future.

I think the colors are alright, their are enough sites that use white backgrounds, i agree about the banner it could use some fixing, but otherwise the site looks good.

By "the banner" you mean the logo? IT never really occurred to me until a few people started mentioning it. Perhaps I'll re-design it.

Any suggestions as to what should be fixed with the logo?
