The portfolio page is not yet finished, and I am not happy with the services page yet, but I like the home and contact pages. Let me know what you think, the site is www.redolawebdesign.co.uk

Looks good dude, I like the originality the header links at the top. I think its cool the white box which joins to the centre is different on every link!

Keep up the good work!

BTW I am a web design student studying in manchester! If there are any jobs going (cough cough let me know )

Got a nice 2.0 look about it. Not sure if I like the spans in the copy for arbitrary font colours though. I expect links and click on them, but nothing happens.

On the services page, I don't like the lines wrapping in the feature lists. I think these lists would look better with shorter line items that are easier/quicker to read. The copy at the top of the page looks a bit out of place too. Needs a themed graphic/image/diagram to balance the text and make the lines shorter.

The individual services section rocks. Well done!

The copy at the footer is difficult to read. Too much going on in the background to have important copy there. I'd move the local services copy as close to the top of the page as possible and make all the localities bold (minor seo tweak).

Good advice, exactly the same things I've thought myself - the spans look nice but are a little misleading, and it's fairly obvious the packages section on the services page needs tearing up and redoing, but the footer text is just filler at the moment, so I am not too worried about that. It's still a work in progress for the next few days. Thanks!

I recon the packages should be dumped all together. Packages are something for webhosting and other services, not website design. In all the web design companies I've worked for in the past, packages were not successful - target market doesn't want canned products, they want to feel as though their project is unique.

Use packages for special promotions...

looks great, I would make less light blue empty space at the top though so you page shows more content. The bottom of the [page is more wow than the top

Thanks for the compliment, the only thing about the ladybug is you can't see it on a lower resolution, but almost everybody has a display width of over 1200px these days.
