I have seen an earlier post from you, and you are definitely getting better. Here are my criticisms:

The background shade of green is very garish, try using a gradient or a different shade of green.

I don't know what is the purpose of having a large monitor with a black screen at the top right, which doesn't align with anything else?

The content below the header aligns to the left with the 'Links Partrocinados' when it should align with the 'Vinicius Castro'.

The box with the icons for Gmail and Twitter etc. does not align with the 'Mande-me um email' box.

It is very unusual for a site to have its navigation on the right hand side - this is normally where the ads are, and visitors are accustomed to ignoring the right hand side of websites. The navigation is better placed horizontally along the top most of the time, or else if you insist upon vertical navigation, put it down the left.

Let's do it again ... i did the right menu because i just want focus the user atention in content ... but maybe it's more usual be in left

The monitor was to give ideia for tecnology ... but was horrible realy

i changed too ...

I try it yo change background ... but what i wanted for this first project is something realy LIVE ... with strong color ... i am try it not push .. but it's my objective ...

The second one looks a lot better. The diagonal imprints give it a much better complex look. The content boxes and titles look awkwardly plain I think. The navigation bar looks good except for "Menu". Maybe use a different font? Make it bigger?

not bad -

you need a better logo though, also the picture of the black guy kissing the white baby is creepy

I mean i'm not racist, but since its white its obviously not his baby and so him kissing it like that is just a bit disturbing

I guess your site is for freelance web design, it looks kinda bad if it is for a freelance web designer and the guy kissing the baby is pointless.

The look of the site would be good for a lot of sites but i do not think it looks good for a person who wants to be hired as a freelance web designer.
