The site is well laid out and well designed, but you have lots of errors in your HTML and in your CSS, which will need fixing.
The first though upon opening the site is: what is this and why am I being asked to sign up? It would be useful to have a section saying 'What is Antisquare?' explaining to first time visitors what the site is about and why to visit it. The only hint you get is in the logo where it says about being the first uncensored social network. You could possibly use the white space to the right of the logo for this. Also, the site would look just as good if div#header div#top_nav_holder had a height of 0px, and you'd have more content above the fold.
The logo, while fine in itself, is a little blurry, maybe try saving it as a png or use other software? I see this quite often, where images which look fine in photoshop look a little blurry around the edges when online.
But otherwise the layout is good, the colour scheme is consistent, it loads fast, and the navigation works well.
