The plus:
I like the "open" feel of the design and the colours.
Some pages are really clear and easy to read ("Services" for example)
Nice clean HTML, I could not find any validation errors. Kudos 
My thoughts:
- The lower section of the home page (below "Our services") is a bit difficult to read: the eye tends to fall on all the "Read more" buttons which stand out instead of the text blocks themselves. Maybe a lighter button background could help change the focus here.
- In pages where the text is displayed directly on the background it can become a bit more difficult to read (like the "Our Approach" page).
- Some CSS class names are not really semantically correct (like class="link_none blue"), but that's just nitpicking 
So overall very nice job indeed, you can see a lot of work went into this. |
), so the background image repeats pretty badly for me around the edges. The bottom cloud one works well, but the top one with the paintbrush just doesn't work. I think it's because you tried to make it seamless in a photo editor, but it didn't work out
