Decent website. Nice graphics in the left column, the colors are easy on the eyes and warm.
Overall it's a well designed website.

well, user better quality "livechat" image. And try to move its location to be somewhere on your top area.

Use some content inside <title> tags.. it helps for SEO.

Its alright, i like the colors you are using, but the logo could be a little better overall the site looks good though.
