I think it's very, very good. Everything is laid out well, and I like the red colours on the navigation for the most important links. It works across all the browsers I've tested and fits nicely on a 1024x768 resolution monitor.
The best part is, you land on the site and immediately know what it's about, and what to do next. All the info's there, without overwhelming you, which is superb. Most designers seem to forget sites are meant to be used by visitors.
But you're probably not on here for praise so here's the criticism:
Your XHTML doesn't validate - it has several errors.
You've got loads of css stylesheets, you could combine these into one and make your page load a bit faster.
This one's probably not your fault, but you could do with better quality pictures on the image slider on the front page. The odd one looks like an expanded thumbnail - blurry and horrible.
Not your fault either, but the h1 font at 50px on Windows machines looks like crap - it has jagged edges because of the way Windows renders fonts. Only solution is to use another font, change background/text colour or use an image replacement, none of which are ideal. Looks fine on Mac/Safari.
But it looks like it will be a successful website to me, so well done.
