Website Review and Suggestions

I have been working for a little while getting my free web template site up and running.

The address is http://www.hq-templates.com - The goal of the site is to provide free high quality web templates, wordpress themes and joomla templates to webmasters. There are tons of free web template sites, but a lot of them either don't have much of a suggestion, or will take anything so you have to sift through a lot of crap to get to the good stuff.

The design is a standard Wordpress theme I downloaded so I am not looking for a review of that. What I am looking for is a review on the functionality of the site, usefulness, and quality of the content.

I like the blue style, good for eyes
