If you're willing to pay for it, you could buy a press release and get your services in the papers.

If not, posting in forums is a great start. Post in the marketplace of forums like this or digital point. There are many out there.

Use social networks like youtube. Make a few video tutorials about your specialty and remind people to visit your portfolio for a quote.

There are many ways to advertise your services if you look.
