Website Review and Suggestions

I have a couple of sites one on a free hoster and another on JustHost.

I don't have a whole lot of knowledge on web programming and design so I use a lot of free services such as phpbb for my forums and wordpress for the blog. I also use free scripts however I do leave credit as you can see at the bottom of every page. Here is the site

What i seen of your site looks really old, the background is not that hot looking i would try to make it look more modern.

You should update your website design, content and everything which makes your website more meaningful to consider it for reviewing..

Yes could you find a better template site that look really new like flash site or Psd templates.
