Website Review and Suggestions

Hi every body I would be glad if you give me your opinion about my new e-commerce site: I would like feedback both positive and negative. This is my e-commerce site: http://www.lowpricesshop.webs.com/

First thing, I see two ad-banners overlapping eachother in the main content wrap. Fix it.. doesn't show professionality.

I like the layout itself, it is not perfect but I get the idea. I think you should make the top banner fill the whole header.

website layout looks corrupted.. one banner over another.. some scrollbox in the footer..

and please don't play music on start.. I was listening to my own music rather loud and when I opened your website and it played altogether - that was not a pleasant experience.. websites should stay silent

Lose the Music - Like the other posters said it's annoying. Besides it doesn't add to your customer's experience in the slightest. If anything it only distracts them from what you want them to do.
Establish Consistency and Professionalism in your Graphics- I'm not a big graphics guy. I don't think websites are all about graphics. In fact I think graphics only serve to accentuate or break up the content you provide in text. But when graphics are done poorly they make you look like an amateur. People want to do business with people who are experts in their field.. not amateurs.
Navigation - You really need to dig down deep and come up with a thorough and intuitive navigation. Your customer should be able to come to your site and know right where to find what they need or else figure it out really quickly. As an example.. When I clicked on 'Clothes', I found women's clothing, NFL baby shoes, and Tank tops for Skateboarders on the same page.. Not to mention a coupon a customer can use to shop at another website. What's that about?

I am not really sure what you are trying to do here. The title of the thread described this as an e-commerce website but you have links to Amazon as well as other websites. You can't take an affiliate business model and try to force it to survive on an e-commerce layout. You need to decide what you want to be affiliate or e-commerce.. You can't be both. Right now your site is attempting very poorly to be e-commerce in design but affiliate in practice.

Not to be harsh.. But you've got a long ways to go.

Thank you Shadrach about your advise, it help me a lot, I've deleted the music background and I think I will describe in the home page that my site is a affiliate site.

Thank you for your opinion I have some change of the site I've changed the place of the banner and deleted the music what do you think now?

Sounds like a good idea. I really think that since your are committing to going the affiliate route, it would also be a good idea to pick one area to specialize in.

Right now all your site does is specialize in links. Links, Links and more Links. Boatloads of links. There is a certain value in building SEO through backlinks for the sites you link to. But the value is minimal compared to links sent from a site that is recognized as an expert on the main topic of the site. For example.. If I built a website that specialized in entertainment electronics and established myself as an expert on the subject, links from my site would be far more valuable to Best Buy than the same type of links from your site.. because links from my site come at the recommendation of an expert.

So I think you should also pick a topic and make your site be all about that topic. Something like video game reviews, building a home entertainment system, do-it-yourself home improvement, etc. Fill your site with valuable content related to the topic. When you have a product to review or recommend, find an e-commerce store willing to pay for traffic from links on your page. I think both you and the retailer will get more out of the arrangement.

Error 103 on the Main Page and Grammar errors. I wouldn't feel comfortable spending my Money here. I would keep working on it.

Same here. 103 errors all over. I wouldn't trust this site to make a purchase as well, what adds up is the side being hosted on a free host with a 3rd level domain name...
