Website Review and Suggestions

We're developing a service that lets website users see each others mouse pointers, and possibly chat to each other/start discussions.

A demo is up on http://enflock.com - given the nature of the service, it needs multiple people present to 'work'

I've shown it to various users, but what do the webmasters think? What features do we need? What features do we not need? What can be improved, what would be a cool idea, etc.

We are very open to suggestions!

If I may say, your demo site looks so simple, and why don't you complete your site before let others know about your services?

Well it's not about the site, it's about the addon, right? I figure the site is cluttered and overbuitl if anything.

That's actually revolutionary, and incredible. By no reason at all should you be giving out that code for FREE. I mean, dude, you could make some serious cash on this. Incredible work.

We're not giving out code, we're giving out the service for free

The focus right now is on figuring out what people need, and polishing it 'til it shines. Making money will come later.

...And if I have anything to do about it, small websites will always be able to use it for free

You can't make money off the little guy anyway, so you may as well help him out!
