My first suggestion would be to explain the site a bit. Looking at the domain name alone I envisioned a site with some sort of motive or agenda behind it, but upon looking at your collection of photos, I don't really see any cohesion there. What's the point of the photos? They don't seem like they have anything to do with one another. Are they user uploaded or by you? Not being offensive or sarcastic here, a simple explanation of the site's purpose and objective will benefit the first time visitor greatly.
As for the logo, again, I think a better explaining of the site's purpose will help you (and others) come up with a more logical visual representation.
