Website Review and Suggestions

I come to get some advice/feedback on a new startup regarding Live Chat system. When we build this, we came from an idea that live chat systems are way too expensive so we decide to develop a low cost alternative to all the live chat systems there is. Now the v1 release is ready and we expect v1.1 to be release very shortly when all the customer feedbacks are done.

Also if you do need a live chat system, please contact me and I can help you with some good deals as well as give you good customer care regarding features. Also there is a free version, so you are welcome to try it out and tell me what you think about it.

Okay, got no reviews at all, so I'm not sure what is wrong, or if there is anything wrong at all. I got the website updated so it goes more smooth and easy, and is more neat.

Now this is not really asking for review of the design, but the idea itself. The start up, and the concept: If you like it, enjoy it, think it's stupid or something completely different

So maybe this is the wrong forum (moderators?), however I bump the thread and see.

I would appreciate some response, on the whole concept. Thanks!

Good luck, Live chat is becoming quite a competitive market.
Since I entered 2 years or so ago, ive seen at least 10 new companies join the market.

Thanks for your reply nice to hear from someone who has been in the field for some time

We released our newest version now, so I hope this will gain interest. The whole website has been updated as well.
