Its plain.
You know you can delete the meta in your index files so it does not say comments are closed down the bottom.

Did you design the template or did you just pick a free one?

Honestly, the design isn't bad - it doesn't suit your service, and will unfortunately not appeal to your customer base, being visitors that need PC help. The design and layout strikes me more as a "personal blog"...
