I'm with you on this one, however, I didn't find this site too slow at all.

But, I have recently been working on a wordpress install for someone, which featured so many server calls the pages are painfully slow. It really ruins an otherwise good site.

I think you should generally keep your server calls to a minimum, especially if you're on shared hosting.

And I think you could be right about Google introducing speed as a ranking factor if they're not already. I've heard them bang on about the future of the internet simply being faster, and they're trying to negotiate a deal with AT&T in the states where if you pay more, you get priority bandwidth...

On the main images, for example the text "Committed to Pursuing" is not well blended, i mean, look at the squared letters, you should use some other font, or at least smooth them in Photoshop.

And i almost died laughing at the first picture and word.
You use "Committed to Pursuing. JUSTICE" and you inserted a picture of a person with crutches.
I'm not saying that is bad or warever, i'm just telling that combination of "justice" and "crutches" made me laugh.

your website looks good,but i have a little advice.
The top of the main page, the site's logo design is not good, feel not creative, more monotonous.
I recommend you use a special logo maker, under re-design, certainly get a lot of extra points, it is professional logo design software,website is http://www.sothink.com/product/logo-maker/
there are some trials for free.

I like the site. but I can't tall you any SEO aspect as I don't have much knowledge about that.
