To me it seems user friendly
On first page load it took me a little while to understand what was going on due to the fact that alot is going on in a small area.

My suggestions for a general tidy up would be
add a bigger header
Add a bigger gap to the top of your top adsence banner
center the top adsence banner
add a gap under your adsence banner and neatly put Cities
Terms etc
Remove the text add or position them to fit in towards the bottom

Maybe it is a bit crowded, a bigger title header would sure help for the first time visitors to the site.

Its all right, but to me it seems crowded also, maybe add some space between your content that will help a lot.
