Rather primitive gradients used in your menu. Why did you make this shoutbox for? Better make menus non-scrollable and change this gradient to another one, cleaner and nicier

One very easy way to know what you should do is to look at the creativity of your competition. What did you like about there site and how can you customize it to your own vision. The content is there but what surrounds it is not so good.

apparently I have am missing a plug in because it will not let me watch any videos :/
The navigation works but it could be prettier. Hope this helps!
